Red Balloon Connects is a fund supported by donations from people like you! The mission of the fund is to improve kids' access to books and the people who create them, no matter the income level of the family.
Tax exempt donations are collected by the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation and are distributed in the form of grants to schools and other organizations serving kids. |
